General
This Privacy Policy explains how the Zorium mobile app and web version (the “app”, “we”) handle information. The app is distributed on Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS). Operator: Violet Cortex Labs.
Reading this page does not require sign-in and does not by itself collect personal data. Data is processed when you play, sign in, sync progress, or interact with in-app advertising.

Summary
- Guest play: progress and settings stay on your device until you sign in.
- Sign in with Apple (iOS): Apple user identifier, email, and name only if you allow and only as Apple provides.
- Google Sign-In (Android and iOS): Google account identifier, email, display name, and profile photo URL as allowed by your Google account and app-requested scopes (profile, email).
- Cloud save (when enabled on our server): compressed game progress linked to your account after sign-in.
- AdMob ads: ad-related data processed by Google as an advertising partner (see Advertising).
Sign in with Apple
On Apple devices you may use Sign in with Apple. Authentication is performed by Apple; we receive a verified token from Apple and, with your consent, may receive:
- a stable Apple user identifier (for account linking and cloud save);
- an email address (your real address or an Apple private relay address);
- your name — typically only on first sign-in if you provide it.
We do not receive your Apple ID password. After server verification we issue an app session; the session token may be stored in secure device storage. Manage app access: Settings → Apple ID → Password & Security → Sign in with Apple.
Apple’s processing is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy and Sign in with Apple privacy information.
Google Sign-In
On Android and iOS you may sign in with Google. Google performs authentication and may share with the app and our server (after your consent in Google’s UI):
- your Google account identifier;
- email address (if available);
- display name and profile photo URL (if available).
We do not receive your Google password. An app session token may be stored in secure device storage after server verification. Revoke access: Google Account → third-party app access.
Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Play without an account
You can play without signing in. In that mode, progress is stored locally on your device and is not linked to a cloud account until you sign in with Apple or Google.
Local data on your device
Game progress, settings, game statistics, and session/device identifiers used for sign-in may be stored in app storage on your device (including OS secure storage). Uninstalling the app removes local data on that device, unless your OS backup restores it separately.
Cloud save and our server
When cloud save is enabled on our backend, after you sign in with Apple or Google the app may send over HTTPS a compact representation of progress linked to your account identifier (apple:… or Google identity). Data is hosted with our provider (for example, Railway, managed database) and used only to sync between your devices, restore progress, and support account-related features (such as leaderboards, if enabled).
Our server may briefly process technical request data (IP address, time, headers) for security and abuse prevention. If cloud save is disabled on the server, the app will not receive a cloud copy of progress.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The mobile app uses the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK for rewarded ads (in-game rewards) and full-screen ads when the app opens or returns from the background. Google acts as an independent controller of ad-related data under the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob data disclosure.
Android: the advertising ID (GAID) and technical device/ad interaction data may be used. Settings: Settings → Google → Ads (wording may vary by Android version).
iOS: AdMob may use device identifiers and data as permitted by Apple and Google. You can manage Apple advertising preferences in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising (where available). The app does not request a separate App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt for cross-app tracking.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by:
- Apple and Google — when you use their sign-in services (under their policies);
- Google (AdMob) — when ads are shown;
- hosting providers (for example, Railway) — to operate our API under our instructions.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users’ rights and safety.
Retention and deletion
Local data is removed when you uninstall the app. Cloud data is kept while your in-game account and cloud save remain active; you may sign out in the app and revoke Apple/Google access in their account settings. For deletion requests, contact the developer email listed on the Zorium store listing; we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you believe a child provided data to us, contact us using the details below.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing. Send requests to the support email listed for Zorium on Google Play or the App Store.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is published at the URLs above; the date at the top shows when it was last updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy where permitted by law.

For privacy questions and data subject requests, use the developer contact email on the Zorium listing in Google Play and the App Store. Please include your platform (iOS/Android) and a description of your request.
